Lunch: 2 cups water, 2 bowls of vegetable soup, plenty of green salad (avocado, radishes, spring onions, cress, arugula, parsley, tomato, oil and lemon).

between meals 2: 2 slices pineapple, 1 apple, 1 cup of ginger tea powder.
between meals 3: 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 slice cheese, tomato, cucumber and parsley, 1 cup of chamomile tea.
Dinner: 2 cups water, 2 bowls of vegetable soup, boiled vegetables, 1 serving (less depending on preference on the olive oil, plenty of lemon can be added ketentohumu), 1 box probiotic yogurt.
