Sausage Stuffed Peppers


Materials
6 pieces green pepper Black pepper
2 sausages A pinch of parsley
1 onion
1 cup water
2 tablespoons "Diet Life Plus"
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon rice
1 potato Salt


How to make?

firstly check out the sausages to robot.After that mix dry onion, grated potatoes, tomato paste, rice, salt, pepper and parsley. Fill the prepared mortar into the peppers. Vegetable Omlette

Materials

1/2 carro
1/2 zucchini
3 eggs
2-3 branches rocket


Prepation

Cut half zucchini and carrots form a cube.
Clap three eggs ın a seperate bowl.
Add the carrots and zucchini to the egg pieces.
poured all of them into the teflon pan and cooked.
Decorate with fresh rocket leaves and serve.

Water Diet


Morning: 1 glass of warm lemon juice, 1 cup of the mixture of orange and grapefruit juice, 2 slices fresh pineapple, 6 strawberries and 2 spoons oatmeal.
